🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping to buyers in the United States for orders over $75.
For orders below $75, the following flat shipping fees apply:
- Domestic (U.S.): $10 flat rate
- International: $20 flat rate
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may also take longer.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and that you provide a complete and accurate address, including company name (if applicable) and at least one contact phone number.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. International Shipping & Additional Fees
For most countries, if your order does not meet our minimum threshold for free shipping, the logistics provider may charge an additional fee of around $10.
*Please note: International shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes.
3. Duties & Customs
Once your order reaches your country, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be predicted in advance.
We are not responsible for any such fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact our customer support team immediately:
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package
- The package arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
5. Address & Verification
Please make sure your shipping address is correctly formatted and includes:
- Apartment/Suite number (if applicable)
- Standardized address format
If your billing address does not match your government-issued ID, we may request a recent bank statement or other valid proof of address.
Additional documents may be requested by our support team as part of our verification process.
6. Returns & Shipping Costs
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
